We have undertaken activities and made an attempt to reduce anxiety and stress amongst students in campus life and young executives in corporate life.
My own personal experiences as a teacher and varied interactions with students over the years made me believe something has to be done outside the classroom.

We took baby steps to spread smiles. A simple gesture was initiated to go around the college, look for any student sitting alone, and sit and talk with the child. Click a selfie and make him or her smile and asked them to carry forward the chain.
